Available Booking times:
Wednesday - Sunday,
12pm, 2pm and 4pm
$50 per person minimum spend.
Minimum 2, maximum 6 people.
In package A, you are booking one of our domes for 90 minutes. Included in the package is either a 5-wine tasting or 5 oz glass of wine and a $29 credit to take home your favourite bottle(s).
Package B
Available Booking times:
Wednesday - Sunday,
12pm, 2pm and 4pm
$50 per person minimum spend
Minimum 2, maximum 6 people.
In package B, you are booking one of our domes for 90 minutes. Included in the package is:
Either a charcuterie package OR when available promoted food offering, artisan crackers
In addition, you will be able to order any of the items available in our Singletree Lounge at your own discretion. This includes:
Any bottle of our delicious wine
An additional glass of one of our available wines.
Ravens Brewing Co. beer.
Soup of the day & bun
Any available appetizers
Any of the goodies stocked in our fridge
Package C
Available Booking times:
Friday or Saturday, 6pm
$80 +GST per person
Minimum 2, maximum 6 people.
In package C, you are booking one of our domes for two hours. During this time, you will be served a delicious 3 course meal made by Chef Adrian Beaty of Salt & Thyme Langley. Included in the price, you will receive 5-wine tasting or one glass of a wine of your choice.
There will be a variety of meals offered for our 3-course service. As prices are constantly changing, we will be introducing a menu that will change seasonally. When booked, you will be contacted 1 week prior to your dinner to select your main course.
*There is a $10 per person surcharge when ordering beef.

1st Course - Choice of:
Organic green salad with roasted squash, pickled beets, sundried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and maple balsamic vinaigrette
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Entree - Choice of:
Braised beef short ribs with port wine jus; new potatoes and seasonal vegetables (GF). *$10 surcharge due to the price of beef
Coq au vin; roast breast and braised leg of chicken with a bacon, mushroom, and caramelized onion braising jus; new potatoes and vegetables (GF)
Tender pieces of wild oceanwise seafood baked with vegetables, potatoes, and a dill cream sauce with puff pastry crust
Vegetarian lasagna baked with butternut squash, mushrooms, and fresh sage
Terms & Conditions:

No outside food in the domes.
No consumption of outside alcohol in the domes.
No smoking or vaping in the domes.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to completely cancel your booking of your reservation you will not receive a refund for your deposit.
If it’s necessary to rebook your dome reservation, a 25% administration fee will be applied. You must call to rebook and arrange a new reservation.
If you are booked in for a Dinner reservation and have already ordered your meals but wish to cancel OR rebook your reservation, there will be no refund issued for your deposit.
By creating a Di Vine Dome reservation at Singletree Winery, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Di Vine Dome Reservation Details:
- Must have minimum of 2 people for dome reservation
- Maximum party of 6 per dome (must be according to the PHS current regulations).
- Please contact us prior to your arrival if the number of your party changes (or you will be charged the full amount on your reservation).
Dinner Reservation Details:
- We’ll arrange the takeout and delivery of a hot box dinner you can enjoy in the dome courtesy of Chef Beaty.
- Please reserve your Gourmet Dinner Package 48hrs in advance. (We will not be able to serve guests who reserve dinner last minute). The menu is seasonal and will be sent the week of the reservation.
- Dinner reservations are only available Friday & Saturday 6pm to 8pm.
- If you need to cancel your reservation please contact us 24-48 hours in advance by phone at (604) 381-1788.
