Our Wine Tasting Experience
at our Abbotsford location!
Are wine tastings or food included in the price or are these separate?
There are three experiences available:
A - Enhanced wine tasting of 5 wines, or a glass of wine
B - Wine tasting of 5 wines, or a glass of wine and a gourmet charcuterie
C - Wine tasting of 5 wines and a glass of wine and 3 course gourmet meal
Are we able to order a glass of wine or bottle of wine in the dome?
New for 2023: You can now purchase a bottle of wine to enjoy in the Dome. We are a winery but understand that there are sometimes those partners or friends who want to join you but would prefer a beer we do offer a glass of beer with the experience for them.
What does it cost to be in the dome?
Cost is a $50 minimum spend per person.
Experience A: Enhanced wine tasting of 5 wines in the dome or a glass of wine is $50/ person of which the remaining would be applied for wine purchases.
Experience B: Enhanced wine tasting of 5 wines or a glass of wine and gourmet charcuterie is $50/ person and the remaining would be applied to wine purchases.
Experience C: Enhanced wine tasting of 5 wines or a glass of wine and 3 course gourmet meal at $80+ GST / person. You pay the $50 deposit and the remainder in the evening of your experience.
What is in the charcuterie?
We have prepared delicious charcuteries for you to select when you arrive. Many of them are Gluten Free and we do a vegetarian (not vegan) upon special request. There are always 2 local sliced meats, 3 local cheeses and chef special fruit compote, mustard, and pickle. Crackers are included.
What is 3 course gourmet meal?
The gourmet meals are available only on Friday and Saturday evenings. Chef Adrian Beatty changes the menu seasonally and there are 3 choices for each guest to choose from.
Contact infoabbotsford@singletreewinery.com or debbie@singletreewinery.com if you want to know the selection ahead of time. The meal includes a fresh bread by Chef Adrian, an appetizer of soup or salad all sourced from local product.
Main course can be chicken, fish, beef, pork or on request vegetarian all sourced locally and with delicious seasonal vegetables and different preparation of sauce. Chef Adrian always comes up with beautiful and delicious meals. This is a delivered meal from Chef Beatty and will be brought to your dome to enjoy.
When do I need to select my meal by?
Gourmet Meals and charcuterie must be ordered 5 days in advance as the menus change weekly we will send you the menu for that week at least 5 days ahead and ask that you provide us with your choices.
What is the service charge/gratuity on the meals?
Service fee is at the discretion of our guests. The staff are happy to provide you with the most enjoyable time and we make sure they receive 100% of any gratuities offered.
Will it be cold or hot in the domes?
There are heaters in the dome that will work there best to keep you comfortable, but we also have the throws and sheepskins for you to cuddle up in as it is an outdoor experience.
What should I wear?
Come dressed for a fun and outdoor comfort and warmth during the fall/winter and cooler in the spring/summer.
Are babies or children allowed?
The Domes are not conducive to children. We do have a picnic area that can be enjoyed by children at the winery.
How early can I come before my reservation?
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your reservation starts to ensure you are seated on time. If you arrive late, we unfortunately will not be able to add the time to your booking. We do need to clean the Domes in between bookings.
Can I transfer my booking?
Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person up to 5 days before. Please direct your inquiry to infoabbotsford@singletreewinery.com or debbie@singletreewinery.com
How many people can be in the dome?
Bookings are for a minimum of 2 and up to 6 people.
What steps have been implemented to stop the spread of Covid-19?
The safety of our customers and staff is extremely important. What a great way to social distance in your own private dome. In addition, we are following all PHS and government guidelines very closely. Here are some of the steps we are taking:
- Pre-ordering of menu
- Thorough and frequent cleaning of all hard surfaces in the dome and washrooms
- Staff will be wearing masks and will wash their hands frequently
- Detailed signage to direct and keep guests safe
- Fresh air vent in each dome
Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?
Sorry, reservations are non-refundable. We are happy to move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability or transfer it to a different person up to 4 days before your original reservation. Requests should be directed to infoabbotsford@singletreewinery.com or debbie@singletreewinery.com.
How do I book a Dome?
Go to our website and find the Events tab, then click on "Singletree Domes". You will be redirected to the reservation page where you can see the availability. Choose your date, the time slot, fill in the reservation form and then you will be directed to payment options. Be sure to change the number of deposits to your guest number.
What days are the domes open on?
Currently the domes are open from 12pm till 5:30 Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday with extended hours on Friday and Saturday for the gourmet meal option of only one sitting per night from 6 – 8pm. Domes can be reserved on the 2-hour cycle starting at 12 noon.
How long is my dome reservation?
Each reservation is 90 minutes to ensure enough time for our team to clean and sanitize the domes for the next seating. The Dinner and Wine bookings are 2 hours.
What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
There are no refunds. You can transfer your booking or rebook another time. An administrative fee will apply.
Will you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?
AS we are a winery and not a restaurant, we can accommodate Vegetarian and Gluten Free with the chef! Please contact us to advise of vegetarian preference when you purchase your menu selections. Email debbie@singletreewinery.com no less than 5 days prior to the event.
Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the meals have been selected?
Bookings are non-refundable; however, a booking can be reduced to a minimum of 2 people per dome, or increased to a maximum of 6 people per dome with 4 days of booking date.
To make additions/changes to your group booking please contact infoabbotsford@singletreewinery.com or debbie@singletreewinery.com. A processing fee may apply.
Can I bring outside food?
For the domes no outside food is permissible. If you want to enjoy your own food at our vineyard, we suggest you use our picnic area where you purchase a bottle of wine or even some of our delicious local food like cheese, smoked olives, dips and crackers.
No outside alcohol permitted on any location of the winery.

Can I bring my pet to the domes?
Although we are a dog friendly winery the domes space is more difficult to enjoy our furry friends in, so we ask that you plan a trip to our picnic area or tasting room instead where they are welcome.
Can I smoke or vape in the dome?
We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape in the domes.
Will you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests who have mobility or other accessibility needs, provided that a site visit is done no less than 5 days prior to your reservation to create a safe plan if possible.
